Ingredients
- white onion, minced slices
Pickling Liquid Ratio
- 1 tbsp salt
- 25g sugar
- 225ml rice vinegar, unseasoned
Instructions
- Incorporate the sugar and salt in boiling vinegar, let cool
- Pack onion in mason jar and fill with pickling liquid
Notes
Can probably jam up to 400g onion per jar
