Viet Marinated Onions

Ingredients

  • white onion, minced slices

Pickling Liquid Ratio

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 25g sugar
  • 225ml rice vinegar, unseasoned

Instructions

  1. Incorporate the sugar and salt in boiling vinegar, let cool
  2. Pack onion in mason jar and fill with pickling liquid

Notes

Can probably jam up to 400g onion per jar
