- 500g ground meat, preferably beef, also good with deer
- 15ml fish sauce
- 5ml msg
- 3g minced garlic
- 6 tsp lemongrass
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Mix everything
- Make 55g balls
- Bake at 375C until 77°C, 18m-20m
Notes
I use minced frozen lemongrass
