Viet Lemongrass Balls

Ingredients

  • 500g ground meat, preferably beef, also good with deer
  • 15ml fish sauce
  • 5ml msg
  • 3g minced garlic
  • 6 tsp lemongrass
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix everything
  2. Make 55g balls
  3. Bake at 375C until 77°C, 18m-20m

Notes

I use minced frozen lemongrass
