Garlic Dill Pickles
Make for 12 jars

Ingredients
- 6 liter pickle cucumbers
- 2 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 5 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cups pickling salt
- 24 garlic cloves, peeled
- 24 unit dill
- 12 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 12 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash jars & boil lids for 5m
- Spear cucumbers; peel garlic; divide dill, peppercorn and chili flakes
- Fill jars
Pickling Vinegar
- Bring vinegar, water, and salt in to a boil
- Fill jar leaving 6mm headspace
- Remove any air bubbles from jars by gently tapping them
- Wipe rims and apply lids and bands (don't screw them on too tightly).
- Lower jars into hot water bath for 10m after boiling
- Cool jars and check seal
