Chia Energy Balls (No Bake)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp flax seed ground
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup almond butter (or any nut butter.)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine
  2. Refrigerate mixture for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into 3 inch balls
