Beef Bath

Ingredients

  • 454g beef, sliced for stir fry
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 500ml water

Instructions

  1. Soak and vigorously shake the meat in the solution
  2. Rest in the fridge four a couple of hours
  3. Rinse under cold water and squeeze dry

Notes

No need to be gentle with the meat, manhandle.
