Beef Bath

Ingredients
- 454g beef, sliced for stir fry
- 1tsp baking soda
- 500ml water
Instructions
- Soak and vigorously shake the meat in the solution
- Rest in the fridge four a couple of hours
- Rinse under cold water and squeeze dry
Notes
No need to be gentle with the meat, manhandle.
