Ingredients
Bang Bang Chicken Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce (or to taste)
Bang Bang Chicken Batter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 75g all-purpose flour
- 60g cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb boneless & skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions

- Combine all ingredients
Bang Bang Chicken
- Whisk buttermilk, flour, corn starch, egg, sriracha sauce, salt and pepper
- Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk batter then breadcrumbs and add it into the Air Fryer
- Air Fry at 375°F for 8-10m

Can marinate chicken in batter for 30m in fridge
