Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 125g butter, room temperature
- 220g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe banana
- 260g flour
- 5 ml baking soda
- 3ml salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
- Whisk sugar in butter until whitened
- Add the eggs, bananas, flour, baking soda and salt
- Whisk until incorporated
- Bake 25m to 30m in a muffin pan
