Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 125g butter, room temperature
  • 220g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe banana
  • 260g flour
  • 5 ml baking soda
  • 3ml salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
  2. Whisk sugar in butter until whitened
  3. Add the eggs, bananas, flour, baking soda and salt
  4. Whisk until incorporated
  5. Bake 25m to 30m in a muffin pan
